Folks are no longer relying solely on mainstream media to form an opinion. From blogs to forums to podcasts to video, new media now complements the conventional giving us, the voters, the opportunity to make an "educated" decision at the polls instead falling victim to comadre/compadre politics. Hopefully, we'll get to where we need to be someday, but it won't be soon. Meanwhile, we must continue to grow "our forces" poking at the sleeping giant. This is age of new media. Folks are no longer relying solely on mainstream media to form an opinion. From blogs to forums to podcasts to video, new media now complements the conventional giving us, the voters, the opportunity to make an “educated” decision at the polls instead falling victim to comadre/compadre politics. We, the folks are taking a more active role in watching out for ourselves. Schools, especially Colleges have an agenda of 'Right Thinking". This, too, is an outrage. "Of course I know.
